LOVEABULLS® Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due 14 days after receiving the bulls (unless otherwise arranged).
- You - the lessee pays for freight cartage from and return to our farm.
- All returning bulls must be accompanied by a completed Animal Status Declaration (ASD) Form.
- Bulls remain the property of Lessor (Loveabulls®) at all times.
- Interest will be charged at 2% per month on all overdue accounts.
- Lessee will pay all costs of debt collection.
